Arcly’s closer is an AI. If you continue past the consent screen, you are talking to an AI (including AI voice, if you use it). Text and voice from that session may be logged, recorded, and used to train and improve Arcly’s AI and product.

We store a consent receipt (time, disclosure version closer-consent-2026-08-13, and attribution ids when present) before any closer AI call. We do not start a chat, open a microphone, or call xAI until you agree.
